Monday's Fight Gone Bad WOD was CRAAZY!!!   Everyone pushed super hard and the 2-heat format resulted in the "counters" pushing the "workers" pretty hard!  Thanks to Chad for helping get everyone warmed up and setting up the lanes!  Here are the results:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the following:

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 empty bar squat cleans
  • 25 meter run

Then, Squat Cleans 3-3-3-3-3 going heavier and heavier each time.
