
- C5 will be holding a Saturday 9AM WOD on September 11 in memory of all those that perished on September 11, 2001. This WOD will be based around the significance of this day..... So you want to get fit with C5, now what? First, contact C5 via email or call (805) 474-8253 to speak to one of our CrossFit and USA Weightlifting certified trainers who will schedule a free fitness consultation and two free trial sessions. This allows you to see our facility, meet our trainers, try out C5, be provided with a fitness assessment, and discuss your fitness goals and objectives. From there, we’ll recommend all athletes new to the CrossFit regimen take a 3-class private on-ramp program. This program places emphasis on technique, range of motion, and skill mastery as well as nutrition. From there you’ll progress to Crossfit Group classes and experience the intensity Crossfit is famous for. Crossfit is different than anything you’ve done for one simple reason: We train you like an athlete. Our philosophy is that if you train and eat like an athlete then you’ll look and perform like one.

Our workouts involve exercises that mimic everyday movements so that you can become stronger and more efficient in day to day activities. You will learn and get fit with group workouts consisting of bodyweight movements (pushups, pull-ups, etc.), weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and a massive variety of high intensity variants that combine strength and cardio. C5 understands how difficult it is to create time for a workout. C5 strives to provide a class time that will fit into everyone's schedule. We have early morning classes for those that want to work out prior to work. Lunchtime classes are also available. And, we offer multiple classes during the evening. Every class is led by a CrossFit trainer. If you would like a new class time added, please let us know. If there is enough interest, it just might happen! We are always opening to adding new classes as demand rises. In addition, we frequently have weekend workouts and/or beach workouts. Keep checking the website for updates and changes.
