All of our trainers span a range of backgrounds to include collegiate and professional sports, engineering, military, special operations, information technology, & law enforcement. All trainers are working professionals in addition to being owners, operators, & trainers for C5. Despite the busy working schedules of our real jobs, the C5 team always finds the time to manage and operate C5 at a caliber equal to the demands of athletes seeking elite fitness.

- 50 x situps

- 50 x 45 lb push presses

- 50 x squats

- 50 x pushups

- 50 x wall balls (10/14)

- 50 x lunges with 10 lb plate

- 50 x burpees
