-5 box jumps (24/20)

-5 hspu

-3 power snatch (using 60% of 1RM squat snatch load)

-5 wallballs

4min EMOM:

-5 pullups

-5 burpees

*modify accordingly to ensure ALL movements are complete under 40sec each round
