-7 unbroken wall balls

-14 double unders

5min EMOM:

-2 OHS (70% of 3rep)

-4 lateral burpees over bar

5min EMOM:

-6 medball squat cleans

-6 sit ups

 

Notes:

1. all rounds during EMOM should be completed in less than 40sec. Modify accordingly
