RECIPE TIME!!

TOMATO STACKERS

Tom Stackers

 

For the base:

  • 2 sliced organic tomatoes

The Red Pepper Sauce:

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ cup soaked raw cashews (soak for minimum of 4 hours)
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and creamy.

Meat & Garnish:

  • 10-12 basil leaves
  • 4-6 sautéed raw wild caught shrimp.

Instructions:

Slice the tomatoes for medium thickness. Top the stacker with red pepper sauce, a basil leaf and shrimp. SO DELICIOUS!
