NUTRITIOUS SALAD DRESSINGS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES

Nicole Kale Dressing

  •  2 tbs raw almond butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbs Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw tahini
  • 1 tbs fresh organic lime juice
  • 1 tbs fresh squeezed orange
  • 2 tbs coconut aminos
  • 1 tbs local raw honey
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • OPTIONAL for spice: ¼ tsp fresh ground cayenne

Instructions: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. The coconut oil will often harden in the refrigerator. So you will want to pull the dressing out a half hour or so prior to use. This dressing is an EXCELLENT  "to-go" salad dressing too! 

NUTRITION NICKI VINAIGRETTE 

  • 3 tbs Bragg’s Amino Acids
  • ½ tsp Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 1 tsp chopped jalapeno (for less hot dressing remove seeds)
  • ½ cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses

Instructions: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Leave on the kitchen counter for 3-4 hours for the flavors to infuse. Refrigerate after first use. Delicious!
