Appreciation Monday

Didn't know there was such a thing?

Today there is! At least here at C5 ;)

I wanted to use todays blog post to show my appreciation, and say THANK YOUto the C5 Coaching Staff!

I am BEYOND grateful for this TEAM of Fitness Coaches who support me and the C5 Community through thick and thin. They are always reliable, always loyal, and always learning and growing as Fitness Coaches to continue enhancing their abilities to inspire, educate, and guide each of you on your Fitness Journeys!

Successful people, organizations, businesses, ideas....etc, NEVER happen without a support system and/or TEAM of driven, like minded people, to make it all come together.

Words cannot express my gratitude for this #SQUAD of Fitness Coaches here at C5.

They constantly challenge me to be a better leader, to be a better gym owner, and to be a better Coach. They always have my back. They always support the evolution that keeps us ahead of the curve. They're always eager to learn and grow. They are always concerned for the growth, safety, and progression of the C5 Community. And as you know, they always challenge each of you to NEVER settle for mediocre.

There is A LOT that is required and expected of C5 Fitness Coaches that most people are unaware of. As most of you know, we don't just pull anyone off the street who wants to Coach Fitness here at C5. There is a VERY long process that Coaches must go through prior to earning a spot on our staff. None of this happens of course, without an initial invite from myself. There is a VERY specific character that is sought out for C5 Coaching positions. This is all followed up with annual, continued education programs and monthly meetings to keep the TEAM strong, connected, and ALWAYS moving in a forward motion.

It's not everyday that you walk into CrossFit gyms (or any gym) to find the entire staff educated, professional, great social skills, great communication skills, and all on board with the facilities philosophies around the program being delivered. This C5 Crew (maybe in my own biased opinion), is THE BOMB! Not to mention they're extremely good looking (<---added bonus) ;)

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU TEAM!!! C5 would NEVER be what it is today without each of you!

If you haven't done it lately, don't forget to Thank a C5 Coach for their continued efforts towards your #FitnessGainz.
