CrossFit Five Cities had over a dozen athletes who competed at this years event. It was AWESOME to see each of you perform. 

As the host of this event, it's tough for me to get away and actually witness a lot of the action on the floor as I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off. But, over the years I've learned to take a step back multiple times throughout the day, and take it all in. 

The level of integrity, class, and Fitness skill that each of you demonstrated out there stood out. You may have your own internal doubts, frustrations, and questions as it relates to your performance, but, I'm here to tell each of you, YOU KICKED ASS, you looked good doing it, and it was VERY clear, that the education we provide at our facility was being put into action out there on that competition floor. 

Regardless of what division you competed in, whether or not you stood upon a podium at the end of the day, or what spot you finished on the leader board, you EACH gave your best effort. You pushed yourself beyond your perceived limitations and THAT is what equals VICTORY! That is how you grow. That is how you continue to progress. THAT is how you build awesome!

I'm so proud to call each of you C5 Athletes and friends! 

Don't EVER let anyone tell you that you can't achieve something. You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to if you're willing to put your head down, keep your eyes forward, NEVER quit, and put in the required work. 

Your C5 Coaching Staff and community will always be here to continue supporting you along the way. 

A VERY LARGE part of my Fitness passion is working with other like minded people who want to better themselves. By showing up and putting in work each day, you prove to me (and yourself) that you ARE that type of person. I will do everything in my power to help you achieve your goals!
