Cassava Almond Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup raw organic almond butter (any raw nut butter tastes great)
  • ¼ cup organic raw honey
  • ½ cup cassava flour
  • 1 tbs. organic vanilla bean powder
  • ¼ cup organic apple sauce
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

 HOW TO MAKE: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until a thick dough consistency is formed. Place a dollop of batter on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 5-7 minutes.
