Understanding core stabilization

All common cues you might hear (or have heard) from your C5 Fitness Coaches while you're executing specific movements. 

The reality here is this; as someone who follows ANY Fitness program, you MUST understand proper core stabilization/core bracing.

It is the Foundation for keeping your spine safe and keeping your body stable.
