It's almost GAME DAY boys and girls!!!

Excited to watch each of you TEST your FITNESS over the next 5 weeks!! 

Remember; 

  1. OPEN workouts are released on Thursday at 5pm. 
  2. We will provide a "Prep piece" to be executed Thursday night between 5pm & 715pm. 
  3. GAME DAY is Friday (for most of you). *Those executing their OPEN WODS on Saturday will be able to do prep work on Friday.
