It is the LAST week of the open and time to prepare for your final WOD. Going into your last WOD fueled properly is a WONDERFUL way to end the open with a BANG!

Hydration is CRITICAL to fitness and health, but let’s face it water can get boring sometimes. We all need to spice up our hydration from time-to-time. So, to end your FINAL WOD here is a TASTY recovery sports drink that is a perfect blend of carbohydrates, sodium and potassium to aid your fitness.

MUSCLE RECOVERY SPORTS DRINK

  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice
  • 3 tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbs. local raw honey
  • 1 cup organic coconut water
  • A pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

How to make: Place ingredients in a glass mason jar, stir and enjoy.  

This is a FANTASTIC hydration drink to add to your nutritional regime!
