• 2 cups organic seasonal mixed lettuce
  • 1 cup organic Persian cucumbers
  • ½ cup roasted brussel sprouts
  • ½ organic cooked sweet potato
  • ½ cup organic carrots
  • ¼ cup organic purple onion
  • ¼ cup avocado
  • 1 tbs. Braggs nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove organic minced garlic
  • 3 tbs. organic parsley
  • 3 tbs. organic cilantro
  • 1 tbs. organic hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs raw nuts of choice
  • ½ cup organic garbanzo beans

FOR THE DRESSING: 2 tbs. Braggs ACV or fresh organic lemon juice with a dash of sea salt and pepper to taste.

HOW TO MAKE: Chop veggies and add all other ingredients. Place in a bowl and drizzle with dressing.
