GLYCOGEN RICH SMOOTHIE

This is an EXCELLENT smoothie to consume directly after your OPEN WOD. We have talked about the importance of recovery over the last several weeks, and this smoothie is how to FEED your body for adequate recovery!

CARB WARRIOR SMOOTHIE:

  • ½ cup organic oats
  • 1 tbs raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbs. local raw honey
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups organic baby seasonal greens
  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Vanilla Recovery Protein Powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup filtered water

How to make: Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
