"A 30-minute WOD is one of the longest continuous pieces of work that you have seen at C5, and this may be scary to some!  If you have taken my classes you may have heard me say to start your WOD at a 'conversation pace'.  

What I mean by this is to be able to have a conversation with your friend while you are working out.  This will be essential in helping you maintain a sustainable pace for today's WOD.  

Grab some floor space by your friend and have fun while getting your fitness on today!"

A. w/in 15min, obtain a max vertical box jump

B. 30min circuit @85% sustainable effort:
-10 np burpees
-30 single unders
-100m farmer carry (HAP)
-150m row
-10 hanging knee raises
-5 strict pushups
-10 mountain climbers
-2/side; TGU (HAP)
