The C5 Gauntlet

Today, we are stoked to introduce this new C5 Tester for 2016; The Gauntlet

It's an exciting blend of 8 different movements (9 for our SPORT program) that will not only test your overall work capacity, but also your abilities with some technical skills under fatigue. 

If you think it looks too technical and/or difficult for your current Fitness abilities, remember, we can scale and modify anything to meet your needs and ensure you get a quality Fitness Test in today! 

Chances are, it will be slightly difficult for everyone, regardless of which C5 Program you follow or your current Fitness level. 

Will you be able to make it back to the rower for more than one round??
