Today we take our Fitness into the great outdoors!! And by the great outdoors, I mean running a few hill repeats with some AirBike mixed in at the gym ;)

It will be glorious!!

If you have a wrist watch with a timer on it, today would be an excellent day to wear it to support the interval work you will need to track today. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can utilize a stop watch at the gym but it will be much easier with something attached to your wrist instead of carrying a stop watch.

A. Mobility; hamstrings, calves

B. 6 sets @FULL EFFORT:
-15sec AB sprint
-1 hill sprint
*rest/recovery shuffle back down the hill to start

C. 10-15min cooldown
