***Class Schedule updates***

During the CrossFit OPEN, we adjusted our Thursday 5pm class to an OPEN BOX to accommodate the OPEN workout announcements. Now that the OPEN is behind us, the 5pm hour on Thursdays is back to a regular class session. 

During the OPEN we had also shut down the 730am-830am OPEN BOX on Saturday mornings. This is also back on regular schedule. 

For those of you who are motivated about getting better with your technical skills, or just want to practice/play in the gym,  this is the PERFECT time to take advantage of that. 

If you want to get better, you have to put in the time. The box is open on Saturdays from 730am-1030am (this includes the 9-10am class hour). That's a 3 hour window that you "could" put in your time.
