AVOCADO CILANTRO SALAD DRESSING

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tbs. raw cashews
  • 2 tbs. filtered water
  • 1 bushel organic cilantro
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  • 1 tbs. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt

HOW TO MAKE: Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy! Refrigerate for one hour prior to consumption.
