MACHO MATCHA PICK ME UP

  • 1 tbs. organic matcha powder
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup flaxseed milk (any nut milk works great)
  • 1 tbs. local raw honey
  • ½ cup filtered water

HOW TO MAKE: Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
