RECOVERY

We talk about the importance of RECOVERY a lot in our program. If you had the pleasure of participating in MURPH yesterday, your body is most likely feeling the repercussions of that experience! 

Today's WOD is designed with RECOVERY in mind. Get some good blood flow throughout your entire body today in this circuit of mixed modalities at a nice, sustainable pace. 

Your body will most likely be hurting today, the more easy paced movement and blood flow you give it, the quicker it will recover!
