Weightlifting clinic coming to C5

We are stoked to announce that we will be having a Weightlifting Clinic here at C5 with some our Coaching friends from CODE3 Athletics out of Torrance, Ca. 

Coach Daniel Wu is an excellent Olympic Weightlifting Coach who has a ton of experience in the Olympic Lifting scene. We are excited to bring this clinic to our community for a VERY affordable rate!

The clinic will take place at C5 on Saturday, June 4th, from 12pm - 5pm. 

*You will be spending several hours on the barbell learning the fine points of the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) with Coach Daniel Wu. It shall be a pretty EPIC day for those of you ready to fine tune your lifts. 
You should have basic knowledge of the Olympic lifts and have the ability to get into proper positions (squat and overhead) to benefit from this clinic. 

Will you lift like Mattie Rogers in the video posted above by the end of the day?....................probably not. But, you'll walk away with a better understanding on HOW to get there should you desire to put some quality time into your lifts.
