A. hang power snatch progressions/positions

B. 8min EMOM:
-6 KB SDLHP (Heavy) + 6 alternating jumping lunges

C. 4min EMOM: 7 goblet squats (HAP)

D1. 3x6-8 half kneeling SA DB press @21X1 tempo (HAP)
*rest 30sec
D2. 3x6-8 bent over SA DB row (on bench)(HAP)
*rest 90sec

A. hang power snatch progressions/positions
B. HPS complex 8min EMOM: 1 high hang power snatch (above mid thigh) + 1 hang power snatch (1" above knee)
(start moderate, build each minute as technique and speed allows)

C. 4min EMOM: 5 ohs (build HAP)

D1. 3x6-8 half kneeling SA DB press @21X1 tempo (HAP)
*rest 30sec
D2. 3x6-8 bent over barbell row (HAP)
*rest 90sec
