The return of pacing......

Moving at a sustainable pace has made it's return today. 

On Monday, we had a blog post in support of our Aerobic pacing work and it's intent. 

Some of you grasped the concept of "sustainable effort", and some of you missed it by a long shot! 

Today will be another chance to embrace the concept of "pacing yourself" so that you can move and breathe at a "sustainable pace" over the 30min of work today. 

The more you practice it, the better you will get. 

Remember; imagine that your goal is to move at a sustainable effort, and NEVER stop to rest, for 30-45minutes. That's the pace you must LEARN TO FEEL!

1min - row for cals
1min - kb front rack walking lunge steps (Heavy)
1min - 7 russian swings, 14 single unders
1min - bear crawl
1min - jog

*rest/walk 4min, repeat for a total of 3 sets.
