If you didn't know, C5 has a Ladies TEAM of 3 (Michelle CavalettoNickole SutterKelsey Marie) traveling to Minnesota in September to compete in the Kill Cliff Granite Games!! (https://thegranitegames.com)
We are SUPER STOKED and PROUD to have these girls representing our gym at this big event! 

As you can imagine, the cost of travel and lodging when traveling out of state is VERY expensive. It will cost thousands of dollars to make this trip. 

These C5 TEAM jerseys will be a way to show your support for our TEAM on their journey to Minnesota as they fight for a spot on the podium! 

These shirts have to be a VERY FAST turnaround to get them in time for the event.

B. backsquat 4-4-4-4@20X1 tempo (build HEAVY per set)
*rest 2min

C1. 3x6 DB push press(HAP)
C2. 3x6/side; SA bent over db row @21X1 (HAP) (kneeling on bench/box)
C3. 3x20sec ring support hold (scaled w/lean from feet if needed)
*rest 90sec

A. Every 75sec x7: 2 power cleans + 1 power clean & push jerk (do NOT TnG)(start at 60% of 1rm, build per set, do NOT exceed 85%)

B. backsquat 4-4-4-4(build HEAVY per set)
*rest 2min

C1. 3x6 DB push press(HAP)
C2. 3x6/side; SA bent over db row @21X1 (HAP) (kneeling on bench/box)
C3. 3x20sec ring support hold
