Fartlek run

Fartlek, which means "speed play" in Swedish, is a training method that blends continuous training with interval training.

Fartlek training is simply periods of fast running, mixed with periods of slower running.

The greatest benefit of Fartlek running is the mental strength gained from pushing yourself, just like we need to do in a regular CrossFit WOD TEST!
