GROWTH

Growth in Fitness takes time. There is NO WAY around it. You can't speed up the process. The more your try to rush it, the more danger you put yourself in.

You can't rush strength gains. They take time.

You can't rush mobility/range of motion. It takes time.

You can't rush mental strength. It takes overcoming adversity, pushing through barriers, and finding the courage to do things you once thought were impossible. It takes time to build.

The list could go on with examples of "Growth" that take time to acquire.

If I could help everyone with ONE THING to make you better at Fitness, it would be to embrace the reality that your growth takes TIME.

Be patient. Stay consistent. Embrace your journey and let the growth happen organically.

Make it a great Friday friends!
