Another taste of the 2016 Kill Cliff Granite Games

Today, we're offering up the opportunity for you and your Fitness friends to "test" your Fitness at another Kill Cliff Granite Games workout; "Nine Lives". 

This workout proved to be one of the C5 girls least favorite of their weekend in Minnesota ;)

By "least favorite", I mean the most challenging and painful (in a gnarly, CrossFit sort of way). 

So, why all the teamwork tests lately? 

Not only does being able to "feel" what our competition Teams go through offer a sense of connection to the events/workouts and the Team's experience, working with a Team also offers so much growth in communication, leadership, inspiration, motivation, and accountability with your Fitness abilities. 

Find a couple friends who want to get after this test today and give your best effort so you can see where you sit! 

The C5 Ladies completed exactly 4 rounds + 29 reps on this workout for a 17th place finish.

Their score was 14:01 (121 unfinished reps).
