min2 - 4-8 jumping pullups w/controlled decent
min3 - 30' walking lunges

*do NOT work beyond 30sec in any minute. Scale accordingly

2 power snatches (start mod-heavy, build per set as technique allows)

B. 21min EMOM:
min1 - 5-10 hspu
min2 - 6-12 C2B pullups
min3 - 10 box jump overs (24/20)
