Rx Standards

OHS: Barbell can be power snatched, squat snatched, or clean to backrack to overhead, to get into OHS position. Standard hip crease below knee must be achieved for full ROM squat depth at the bottom of each rep, hip must be fully open with the bar over the profile of the athletes body at the top of each rep. 

Box jumps: Athletes MUST have a two-footed take off and a two-footed landing, and must achieve full extension at the top of the box while showing control. Step down will be acceptable. 

Rope ascent: Athlete must start with feet on the floor and may jump onto the rope as high as possible. Hand contact MUST be made with the rafters. 

 

Scaled Standards

Goblet squats: KB must remain under chin and held with the handle up, bell facing down. Standard hip crease below knee must be achieved for full ROM squat depth at the bottom of each rep, hip must be fully open at the top of each rep. 

Box jumps: Athletes may choose to step up, or jump, and must achieve full extension at the top of the box while showing control. Step down will be acceptable. 

Rope pull w/knee raise: Athlete must start with feet on the floor, standing tall, walk themselves down to the floor hand over hand while keeping feet in place until shoulder blades make contact with the floor, then hand over hand pull back upright to standing position and execute the knee raise (knees over vertical plane of hips) for one rep. 

 

Score for this event is total time of completion. If the workout is NOT completed under the time cap, each unfinished rep counts as 1sec added to time cap.
