C5 GAMES WOD 1 & 2

Welcome to the first workout of 6, in our inaugural C5 GAMES, in-house, community TEAM competition!! 

We are stoked to be bringing the energy of competition inside our walls for YOU, the community, to experience with your friends and Coaches! 

Let's get this party started!  

WOD 1

Rx Standards
Russian KB swings: KB must pass the parallel plane of the floor, wrist above elbow plane, at the top of the swing. KB must be lowered to the ground with control. A dropped KB will result in a “No-rep”.
Double unders: All double under sets MUST be completed “unbroken”

Scaled Standards
Russian KB swings: KB must pass the parallel plane of the floor, wrist above elbow plane, at the top of the swing. KB must be lowered to the ground with control. A dropped KB will result in a “No-rep”.
Single unders: Single unders do NOT need to be executed unbroken. 

Score for this event is total reps completed. 
*Tie break time is last completed ub set of double unders
