Today, we workout to HONOR ALL WHO HAVE SERVED our beautiful country 🇺🇸❤️

Thank you to everyone in our community (as well as those outside of our community) for your service! 

We appreciate you and know that FREEDOM is NOT FREE. It comes with a price that anyone who has served our country has paid for us in some form or fashion.  

Please try to take a moment today to give thanks to those who have paid the price for your freedom. There are families who have lost husbands, wives, children, and friends who still suffer the pain of lost lives and damaged emotions from the stressors of service and war. 

About today's workout; 

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, Montana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq. He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Erin, son Zachary, parents Ross and Glenda, and siblings Kelly and Daniel.

Today, we workout for FAR MORE than our own #FitnessGainz, we workout to HONOR those who have served our country. 

When the pain sets in, and things get tough, remember who you're honoring. The struggle of a workout will NEVER compare to the real life struggles of the ultimate price that has been paid by our country's Veterans.
