Insecurities

We all have them. 

Some big, some small. Some emotional, some physical, some spiritual, some financial, some professional.......etc.

Whatever they are for you, please understand that EVERYONE has some form of insecurity. We don't just wake up one day and feel #ConfidentAF about every facet of our lives.

You know that friend you look up to who has an amazing body, a studly husband, a nice house, and a nice car?.........yep, she has insecurities. She looks in the mirror and actually thinks she's overweight, or could be prettier, or perhaps has deep emotional damage and anxiety that she deals with everyday. 

You know that guy who lifts all the weight in the gym, drives a nice car, has a beautiful home, has a beautiful wife, owns multiple businesses?........yep, he has insecurities. He doesn't think he's good enough for his wife. Maybe his bank account is overdrawn and he's in major depression about finances. He struggles with belief in himself that he can succeed at his endeavors. 

It's a tough task in our world today, but don't a judge a book by it's cover. 

Moral of the story; we ALL have problems. We ALL have insecurities about something. We ALL lack confidence in something in our lives (if not multiple things). They NEVER go away. Get a bigger bank account, you'll find something else to be insecure about. Meet your goal weight and get in a smaller pair of jeans, you'll find something else to be insecure about. Hit a new back squat PR, you'll find another movement that you're insecure about. 

It's human nature. We are wired to desire more, of everything, always. More happiness, more money, more love, more fitness.......etc. 

Today's friendly reminder; 

Learn to be grateful for all the blessings around you instead of feeling insecure about the things you don't have.

I can GUARANTEE you, someone, somewhere, is dreaming of your life, your bank account, your body (aesthetically speaking), your hair, your eyes, your job, your car, your house, your running water, your shoes......etc.
