Bye-Bye 2018 OPEN 👋🏽

Just like that, the 2018 CrossFit OPEN is over! 

For some, it's saddening.

For others, it's a relief. 

I am BEYOND proud of each of you for pushing yourselves beyond your limits, and getting out of your comfort zones! 

My number one hope from this OPEN season is that each of you took the opportunity to learn something from the experience. 

There is so much to be learned about ourselves through the tests presented; physical, mental, and emotional aspects all get exposed during this 5 week test. 

If you value your growth as an individual, take the time to watch the video and reflect on what's truly important to you based upon your experience over the past 5 weeks.
