If you weren't aware, we have a passion for Fitness, Health, Performance, and Challenges!!


Our quarterly InBody (Body Composition) scans are going down next Monday, July 16th, from 6am - 4pm (get registered by clicking here)(be sure to scroll down to "book with C5")


If you purchased the annual package back in April, you'll just need to schedule your time for next Monday via the link. If you have not had a scan done yet, you can purchase single packages.


You have one of two challenges to choose from (if you're into winning $100 and looking better naked 😎);


1. Most lean muscle mass gained


2. Most body fat lost


*Winners will be determined by the total percentage (gained or lost) over the next 3 months. KotaUSA will be back to retest us in October.
