FITNESS JOURNEY

We talk about it a lot at C5, but very few truly embrace it.

A journey is something that takes time; time for experiences to happen, time for lessons to be learned, adaptations to take place, and growth to occur; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The farther along you move through your own personal Fitness Journey, the more you learn to accept the things that will take time, and truly begin to embrace your journey.

The 10 general physical skills that we focus on each week, each month, and each year at C5; strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, coordination, balance, flexibility, stamina, and accuracy, all take time to develop. None of these skills gets perfected overnight. It takes time and consistent effort to get good at anything in life, the 10 general physical skills are no different.

Be patient with your journey. We all start somewhere. As long as you keep showing up, you'll end up somewhere better than you were yesterday!
