Within 15 min, 4x5 front squats (increase load each set)

*this is not to obtain a 5 rep max, just build per set to a tough 5 rep

3 rounds:

-19 kb swings (2/1.5)

-17 toes to bar

-15 box jumps (24/20)

*3 min time cap per round, modify accordingly

*record times for each individual round

*rest 3 min between each round
