TIME

time-is-ticking-away

.........it's always ticking, for all of us!

We all have 24hrs in a day. However, what we choose to do with that time is what determines the outcome of our lives.

Most of you have goals, some big, some small, but none-the-less, they are goals that you aspire to achieve.

Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, be a better well rounded athlete, eat healthier, read more, learn more, make more money, be happier, spend more time with your family and/or friends.........etc, there is something more that you desire.

Do you ever sit back and reflect on where/what/how you spend your time each day?

Sure, we all have to work, eat, and sleep, but outside of that, what are you actually spending your precious time doing? Does it aline with your personal goals? If it doesn't, why not?

A couple months ago, I wrote a blog post about your values and that your daily actions will tell you what is at the top of your values list. Example; if losing weight is at the top of your values list, do your daily actions with exercise, nutrition and hydration support that goal?

Sometimes, when we have BIG goals, there is some "fat that needs to be trimmed" out of our lives. Maybe you need to stop watching television, stop going to the bar, stop eating that midday candy bar.....etc.

This week I'd like to challenge you to seek some awareness in your own daily actions to ensure that they align with your values list and goals.
