-10 double pushup burpees

-10 jump overs (20)

-10 sit ups

-10 kb swings (heavy)

 

Notes:

1. 2 pushups at the bottom of each burpee for double pushup burpees

2. must jump completely over object for jump overs, landing on top is not allowed.
