-4 ring pushups

-8 front squats

-8 ring pushups

-16 front squats

-16 ring pushups

-AMRAP double unders

3 sets:

-7 barbell rollouts

-20 dying bugs

1. for A, let PERFECT technique and speed dictate load. NO PAUSING in the hang or on the ground.

2. if you don't have a 3rm front squat, choose a load that you can do 10 unbroken reps with.
