Message from Nicole I am looking forward to speaking with you about nutrition on Saturday. It is my number one goal to discuss topics that you would like to learn about regarding nutrition! Below is a questionnaire that I would love to have you fill out and email to nicole@beyondweight4life.com. That way I can try MY BEST to touch on areas that pertain to each of YOU.

  2. What current protein powder and/or pre-workout supplements are you taking?
  3. Do you struggle with recovering in a reasonable manner after your workouts?
