B.

3 Rounds:
10 Hollow Body rocks
10 Superman Rocks
10 Tuck Jumps
10 No Push Up Burpees

C.

Game!

D.

Repeat WOD- see who can get closest to the same time as their first round.

 

Saturday, August 16th WOD:

A.

Junior Varsity: 3, 3, 3, 3 Hang Clean (build to no more than 15#)
Varsity: 3, 3, 3, 3 Hang Clean (build to no more than 35#)

B.

Partner WOD

2 Rounds:
-50m partner carry
-40 Jump ropes, partner A swings and jumps in jump rope, partner B jumps in
-30 sec total handstand hold (partner spotted)
-20 Jump over partner in pushup position, crawl under partner in pike
-10 sit up high fives

*Each Partner must do each part (First round partner A does one movement, Partner B does other, rd 2 they switch)
