Partner WOD:

  • 10 Situps (1 partner does situp w/ medball, passes to partner who does another situp w/ medball)
  • 20 Wall Balls (total)
  • 30 DU (each) Partner 2 holds wallball above head while partner 1 is working
  • 400m Run (with medball) 1 of the 2 people must be holding the wall ball at all times
  • 50 Medball Cleans (total)
  • 400m Run (with medball) 1 of the 2 people must be holding the wall ball at all times
  • 30 DU (each) Partner 2 holds wallball above head while partner 1 is working
  • 20 Wall Balls (total)
  • 10 Situps (1 partner does situp w/ medball, passes to partner who does another situp w/ medball)

Varsity Group: has 14# med ball for guys/10# for girls. Junior Varsity: Small Wall balls
