REST DAY

Friendly reminder: REST is your body's time to recover. We ALL need this time if we want to progress safely in our quest of awesomeness! This doesn't mean you have to sit on the couch and do nothing; go for a hike, a walk on the beach, a mellow bike ride around the neighborhood. ENJOY LIFE today! 

Tomorrow however..........it's back to training!!
