The FGT (Female Gainz Train) 1.0-3.0 online programs are designed to progressively develop upper body strength and stability in the female athlete lacking stability/strength/control in; scapula, shoulder girdle, upper push and upper pull through all planes of movement.
These 12-14 week programs (which include deload weeks) are designed as auxiliary/supplemental programs which can be executed along side your daily training program. There are three (20-40min) sessions per week.
We understand that everyone "wants" to be able to do all the fun, sexy, gymnastic skills that are seen on Social Media, and that higher level athletes are executing all around you. The reality of this display of athleticism is this; there MUST be a foundation of absolute strength built BEFORE one can execute these movements with stability, fluidity, efficiency, and most importantly, safety.
