We all have days where a full, 60min+ Fitness session just isn’t feasible for our busy lives. C5 is striving to help you find the answer to that problem!

This 30-minute class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up with a spicy, full body workout. Not to mention that you’'ll still be getting access to our top notch Coaching staff, high quality facility, and energizing atmosphere!

You will have six, C5 SWEAT options, per week (for the month of November) to take advantage of for the VERY competitive prepaid rate of $99!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a C5 SWEAT membership cost? 

We are currently offering a prepaid, promotional, 30 day pass for $99. This pass will grant you access to any of our six, C5 SWEAT classes per week.

Is C5 SWEAT good for beginners? 

Of course! This class is designed to introduce the basics of fitness and light resistance training in a coach led, safe, high energy atmosphere. Whether you've been working out for years, or this is your first exposure to working out, our staff is prepared to meet you on your journey and make sure your specific needs are appropriately addressed. 

Is there an age requirements for C5 SWEAT? 

C5 requires participants to be 18yrs. or older to join C5 SWEAT, unless otherwise approved by our staff. Please reach out to admin@crossfitfivecities.com for additional details. 

Can current C5 Members participate in C5 SWEAT Classes?

YES! Your C5 Unlimited memberships includes access to our 30min, C5 SWEAT Program.

Can I also attend regular C5 CrossFit classes with my C5 SWEAT membership?

No. Only C5 Members with an ‘Unlimited’ membership may attend our 60min, C5 THRIVE classes (formerly known as group CrossFit classes).
