***C5 WILL BE HAVING A SATURDAY 2 PM WORKOUT TO BREAK IN OUR NEW ROWERS THE WORKOUT.....FIGHT GONE BAD !!!!
C5 did its first 300 WOD yesterday at the new C5 Box. And everyone attacked with intensity that blew the the roof off the facility! Everyone pushed hard AND after finishing, pushed everyone else through the WOD. Great going everyone! Here are some of the photos.

This workout is named BADGER. It is in honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA who was killed in Iraq on December 11, 2007.
3 Rounds for Time:
- 30 x Squat Cleans
- 30 x Pullups
- 800 meter run (4 times round parking lot)
PM Class WOD
10 x 2-minutes rounds with 1 minute rest in between:
- 3 situps
- 5 meter shuttle run
- 3 reverse burpees
