5 Rounds of:
- 20 Pullups
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Situps
- 50 Squats
After finishing your 50th squat, look at the timer and rest EXACTLY 3 minutes before starting the next round. Your score is the time it took you to finish the WOD minus the rest time (i.e. if you finished the WOD in 30 minutes, your score is 18 minutes)
