Then, do a "alternating modified burpee ladder" with a partner. Athlete 1 will go from 1-10 while Athlete 2 goes from 10-1. For example in order:
Athlete 1: 1 burpee
Athlete 2: 10 burpees
Athlete 1: 2 burpees
Athlete 2: 9 burpees
Athlete 1: 3 burpees
Athlete 2: 8 burpees
Strength Bias Option:
Deadlift Annie- in between each round of Annie, do 10 touch and go deadlifts at 225.
