 Then,

20 pullups

30 pushups

40 situps

50 squats

Rest 3 minutes exactly between rds

I forgot to mention that you could have used 80% of your wife's bodyweight. I KILLED this wod last week as I only had to use the bar...... YUP... I p.r.'ed in a huge way! :-)
