The C5 Mission is;

To inspire, educate, and guide individuals throughout their evolving fitness journey.

This is the main reason behind our FREE, monthly Fitness Workshops. (And we LOVE being around like minded folks who value Fitness as much as we do!)

We live in a time where the internet, and social media, are BLAZING FAST at delivering content and valuable information to our fingertips.

Here at C5, we place a high value on human interaction, as well as understanding the importance of assessing movement mechanics in person.

We can all watch videos, and follow random workout programs via the internet. But to truly ensure your positions are safe and correct, and that you FULLY understand your own movement mechanics, strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, and potential limitations, the need for a “hands on/in person” approach will provide much more value to you, to ensure you have a successful Fitness Journey.

Our FREE workshops take place on the last Thursday of each month, at 630pm, at our C5 facility.

Space is limited at each workshop to ensure we are able to spend quality time with each individual and meet our goal of providing appropriate knowledge for you to move forward with your goals.
